With more than 27 years of international experience in the fashion and knitwear industry, Andrea has built a career spanning Europe and Asia, working across product development, production management, sourcing, and global supply chains.

Throughout his professional journey, Andrea has collaborated with some of the most recognized names in the fashion industry, including Just Cavalli, Versace Jeans, Moschino, ETRO, Max Mara, Luisa Spagnoli, ZARA and Scotch & Soda, managing complex production networks between Italy, China and Bangladesh.

His expertise covers the entire product lifecycle — from concept development and yarn sourcing to production management and final delivery — ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation. Having lived and worked extensively in Asia, he has developed a deep understanding of international manufacturing systems and cross-cultural business environments.

Today, Andrea collaborate with H & R Group where he leads R&D for knitwear and oversees marketing and business development across European and South American markets. His role focuses on supporting brands through innovative product development, trend-driven collections, and efficient production solutions.

Driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for craftsmanship, Andrea continues to support fashion brands in transforming ideas into high-quality garments, combining creative vision, technical expertise, and global production capabilities.
